This poor shopping center needs something to draw in customers. Bob Evans is awful, the empty buildings that used to be a bank and lofino's are eye sores.

There used to be a lot of shops down here. The redesign of the 35 to Fairfield interchange reduced it's accessibility and visibility. There are a lot of empty properties right now. I think a clever developer would do well redeveloping this area with office buildings. The easy access to restaurants and the base would make it a nice spot for smaller contractors.
This used to be a thriving g place. Now, it's just a relic of what it used to be. There are, however, several nice restaurants there still.
Mainly it's empty. There's a good pizza parlor, and some other stores. It's seen it's heyday but that's long gone.
