There are two types of companies: Those that thrive on a loyal customer base by keeping their customers happy, and those that rely on a constant in-flow of new customers because they refuse to take a small hit now in order to profit more later. This company represents the latter. If a pair of shoes have only minimal discoloration on the soles and are otherwise in perfect condition, just let people return them... Many shoes tend to hurt my feet but I have never had this problem with moccasins so it never crossed my mind when I purchased the shoes. After wearing them for a couple of hours I decided that they were too uncomfortable for me so I attempted to return them. They told me that it was “against policy”. I have purchased shoes from this store many times in the past but never had a reason to return them. If they had just let me return them this time around then I would continue to buy shoes there. Needless to say, I won’t be shopping there any longer.
