Fantastic store, huge selection and great prices! Shoes be my weakness!
It's clean, staff is nice. They say they carry your size, but not so much when your 5-5 1/2 in womens. There isn't a great selection of kids shoes either.
Everything is fine with their staff and selection, but they lose two stars because they have a halogen bulb that buzzes so loud I can't think straight and get a headache after 10 minutes. Hope someone reads this and repairs it.
Great selection of shoes. Clearance area in the back. $10 off coupons are mailed out occasionally if you sign up for it; they will accept up to 3 coupons on one purchase, but they no longer accept expired coupons.
Do they have a lot of shoes? Yes. However I was there for about 45 minutes looking at and trying on shoes and there were no fewer than 5 associates standing around but not one asked me if I needed help. Could i have asked? Yes, but there is something to be said about great customer service that is unsolicited. They don't carry 1/2 sizes in the store which meant I wasn't going to find something to fit. Prices are very high on some brands but reasonable on others. Would I return here? Possibly for my family but not for myself.
