This place has crappy customer service. Was charged twice for a repair, went around with customer service for a refund for over 2 months ended up going to bank to make a claim on 2nd charge. Fast forward 3 months and 2 weeks and the damn repair is bent from getting caught on my child's shirt. Called to ask about warranty on repair and was told that not only is it out of the 90 days that I would have to pay for a new repair AND that I could use the 2nd charge from the original repair for this one. Absolute bullshit.
I went in to look at wedding rings for my wife and I and I was greeted as soon as I stepped in was well taken care of like I was the only person in store been a year now of dealing with zales and I am a very happy customer
Don't trust these people. I was told by the manager that he doesn't have time to talk to each customer that walks in. Read the fine print they will rip you off and be happy about it. With a manager as pompous at that I don't see how they stay in business.
I have had an awful experience. I bought my wedding rings. Wore them for 3 weeks and the backs of both rings looked like paint had come off. Take them to the store to see what was going on. The guy (who I believe was the manager) said it was my fault and that "he didn't know what I do, for all he knows I could have my hand in chemicals all day" I explained that I am a stay at home mom and they had never even been wet. He kept on blaming me acting like I was lying. I then had to return my rings that I had JUST been married with because I felt I had no other option.
I have never had a bad experience at this store, and I have been shopping here since 2007. This is the only place I shop for jewelry. I have bought earrings for myself and my granddaughter; rings for myself; ALL my jewelry comes from THIS Zales. The customer service is A-ONE; never had any problems at all. When I upgraded a four-year old pair of earrings to a larger carat, they gave me every cent that I had paid for the original pair towards the new ones; bringing the price down dramatically. I will not shop anywhere else, and I drive across two counties to come to this Zales.
