Love there jewelry
My mother and I walked into this store with the intention of buying a ring or two with the sale they had going on at the time. We were not greeted when we walked in the door and as we stood and waited for 30 minutes, not one associate looked at us. We understood they were busy and helping people in the order in which they came into the store but we had been waiting for 20+ minutes when a couple walked into the store. Soon after this, an associate finished their sale and went right up to that couple instead of helping us. At that point we just walked out and went to the Occasionally Yours down the street which had the rings we were looking for and much better customer service! We will never go back to this Pandora store again.
This was an absolutely an awful experience. It was so crowded and everyone was incredibly rude. I guess if you're looking for selection it's great but I recommend just ordering online or going to Jared's.
Consistently supplied. Courteous service. The staff has up-selling restraint. But it is a jewelry store.
