TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!
I had a return with the receipt. Lines were very long. It was a manager at the register. She was so rude I will never go back to petsmart. She ask for my rewards card. I didn't use one when I purchased it she snapped back at me 99% of are customers do. She very rudely said it was on a masteecard you'll need it. I nicely said yes I have it. She asked to see it before starting the transaction. The entire time making me feel like I was wrong to return an item. It was only $8...why so rude? And a manger to boot! Don't shop in Beavercreek unless you want to be treated badly. Go to Pet Supplies Plus they are wonderful!
I have a 4.5 year old cocker spaniel, who is the sweetest dog ever, but like any cocker she is a bit timid, especially around new people so she requires a few minutes and a gentle approach to get acquainted with them. This groomer at the Beavercreek location, not sure where she got her training, but she just came at my dog and started manhandling her, completely ignoring the fact she was completely scared of her. She approached her from the top, which you NEVER do with a small dog, especially if scared... my dog nipped her as she grabbed her ear; and I mean grabbed! The groomer immediately got this smug look on her face saying she was refusing us service and that my dog is dangerous.
Extremely helpful staff. Very clean and of course pet friendly. My dogs always enjoy shopping. All I have to say is PetSmart and they are at the door ready to do.
Stopped in around noon with my 2 yr old to ask about purchasing a pet. We had several employees walk by no one offered any assistance. I finally ask the cashier (who was daydreaming with her arms crossed) if someone could help but after waiting several minutes, no one showed. So I went back to the cashier and she told me the employee must be helping someone else (must have been the only other person that walked into the store.) Either way, l guess they only have one person working that helps people so don’t go at their slow time...unless your the only one in the store.
So... here goes... I left the store and I was quite upset. I have been taking my cocker to Petsmart groomers since she was 6 weeks old. NEVER had not a single problem. NONE!!! All her groomers (multiple locations within Ohio and California) knew immediately how to approach her and she completely cooperated with everything they needed her to do for them. I booked my dog an appointment in the Centerville location just hours later and when we arrived, it was exactly the same! My dog took to the groomer just great! The groomer approached her correctly and she willingly followed her to the back. She also did a wonderful job grooming her. I think I will drive the extra 14 miles for a good groomer rather than go to this location here where the groomers obviously lack training and the store smells something awful too... I most definitely will NOT be returning here for any reason.
This comment is for grooming service. Been here twice, both times they have tried to upsell me on expensive add-ons for things like shampoo and conditioner ($25 extra!). Both visits my dog has also come home ill with vomiting and diarrhea. There are plenty of family owned groomers in this area that are knowledgeable and provide great service for much lower prices. No need to pad the profits of this big box by utilizing their overpriced services.
