I cannot say enough good things about this company. Sometimes in we encounter companies that could really care less about their customer service and then a million happens......GREAT customer service :) I initially needed an estimate for a roof and after their visit to my home, a lot more damage was discovered and they helped me work with my insurance company all of the way through to completion.
We knew the roof needed replacing but were so unaware of what all it actually needed. Mind you, the insurance company only wanted to cover eight sheets to a roof that needed to be COMEPLETELY redone and was NOT up to code. They also fixed the trusses which were crooked and replaced the sheathing which is something they didn't have to do. Helping Hands Restorations went above and beyond with doing extra things, made sure things were RIGHT, worked hard and had it done. By the time they were done so far as clean up, other than the beautiful new roof, you wouldn't have known they had been there. This was to be a one day job but due to the fact of all the findings of what was needed, it became a two day job. Which still in itself was nothing short of a miracle!
If you're the type of customer that likes perfection, when it comes to work and over the top customer service, don't hesitate to call them. You won't be disappointed.
Aubrey and his wife Lindsey are a dynamic duo. They are two people that are willing to fight for you and have no fear of doing so. As unbelievable as it sounds these days, there is a place out there that does what is RIGHT, that is TRUSTWORTHY, does EXCELLENT work and is COMMITTED to their customers.....and I can't tell you how damn refreshing that is!!!!!
I share and concur with what others have discovered. Their mission statement stays true from beginning to end. They take things personally and they maintain that posture throughout. Nothing gets done or signed off on without your approval and satisfaction., before AND after. Simple, if it isn't right they'll make it right. Period. If you're looking for consistency, spot-on communication, dependability, punctuality, credibility and honesty look no further. Personally, I'm one of the biggest skeptics around and they certainly proved themselves to me. Furthermore you can bet if they were to ever get any sub par reviews job 1 would be to get to the bottom of it, find out why and correct it. Never would I expect a low review in the first place as I know they would intervene before it even got to that level to prevent that from even happening. Thats just how well they communicate and is totally in line with everything I stated above.
There aren’t enough words to describe this team. They were so helpful and courteous! Very professional and knowledgeable. They have became friends bc of their kind hearts and willingness to be there to help out the little people. I would recommend them to anyone for the amazing work that they do in a fast professional time frame. We became part of their Helping Hands family it they also became ours for life. We love our new beautiful roof and it will last for many years now.
I've saved the best part. This took place on Mother's Day weekend. He had to get more materials and made sure we had what we needed. Usually, in my experience, you always feel like you get the short end of the stick in these types of situations. We would have, had it not been for these great people. Instead we actually feel we got so much more! We love our new roof and I can't say enough how much better the house looks now.
