We also used his suggested inspector who was both thorough and informative.

Dakota called and asked if I was going to move out of my house, or move anytime soon. I felt harassed, because this random realtor calls me and knows my house information. If that is not creepy, I don't know what is. I will definitely not go to him when I purchase another house. Buyers and Sellers beware, this guy has no respect for privacy. I will make sure that people I know who are in the market for home purchases to not use this individual.
Selling my house for the first time is a challenge but having them as my realtor made it even more of a challenge. My realtor acted like she was working for the buyer more than looking out for my family's best interest. I would not recommend them to even sell a dog house. Worst experience ever using them.
