The customer service is great at the Beavercreek store. We were greeted soon after entering by Christina who was very helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and answered all our questions, guiding us throughout the store to find the perfect fit for us. We never felt pressured and she worked hard to get us a good deal. We look forward to the delivery of our new furniture.

Personalized service, staff took the time to get to know what we were looking for as well as our needs - I have back and neck issues so my needs were very specific. We also have 2 small dogs, so fabric choice was important for durability. The home consultation was very helpful and offered many valued recommendations.
I was in there 3 days ago looking for a recliner because my cat scratched mine up. The associate was assisting me with finding a microfiber recliner and suggested the Maverick because it was my favorite blue but also that fabric! I was so impressed with how knowledgeable the associates were with the products I am definitely coming back. I spent so long I'm the store and the associates were never once rude about me taking my time. I will definitely be coming back to make a purchase soon. May even look for a coffee table too!!!
