My phone rings by itself and nothing gets displayed on the screen, it happens about 2-3 times in a day. I thought the apple guys will understand when I will tell, with super luck the problem happened in front of the store guy but to my surprise, rather than accepting the fact that there is some problem on the phone he started blaming me for improper use of phone and that I have some weird applications because of which it's happening. I told him that I have very simple applications and that too all from the app store but he refused and rebooted my phone, did some software checks and told me that even if the problem exists in future then also it will be my mistake.

Really bad experience, I just feel if I would not have gone to these guys or not have bought iPhone.

From the start of the conversation, the staff guy was trying to blame me for the problem.

There are several bad reviews on here, so I was skeptical. BUT THESE GUYS REALLY TOOK CARE OF ME!

The Look of the store is cool, nice area for the children to sit and play on the iPads. the size of the store may need to be increased, when crowded it can get to tough to move through the isles. when a line is formed it can block the products. Customer service has been good for me when I do go in. I am greeted respectfully and seconds after I walk into the store. the employees give you time to look around before coming back and asking if you need any assistance. If you can deal with the store being busy more than less go ahead and go in and check out what they have to offer.

I feel like a company that sells extremely expensive electronics should stand behind their products. Very disappointed in the staff at this store and in Apple. They were very unhelpful.

The staff at this store know what they're doing. Every single time I've been there, the service has been excellent, the problem fixed, and most importantly, I leave knowing more about my iPhone because of their detailed explanation. I highly recommend this store.

Casey was great, and when he got one of the techs (I didn't get his name but he was awesome) involved with my problem they both went above and beyond. And they both made sure I was 100% happy before I left. I am grateful! Thank you!

On that, he told me that we don't run an ala carte here in the apple store.

Very Poor Customer Service. I went to get my iPhone 7 checked for some software related problems.
