A one star was given only to a sales rep helping me in a dressing room. I would recommend her to find another job outside this organization if you want to call it that. From the corporate office to manager at the Greene was a total nightmare! They are thieves! It's incredibly sad to think the customers are not treated with respect given we are the shoppers. Businesses like these need to be seriously evaluated before being placed in communities with human beings. I'm seriously considering on pushing back hard for others who experience these issues!
Saw the previous post of how the sales associates were rude to a customer, but decided to go anyway. I avoid bra shopping as much as possible and intended to just get in and get out, plus have come to expect mediocre customer service @ Victoria's Secret stores. The customer service. At this store was so wonderful from the moment that I walked in, that I ended up getting re-measured, found out that I was wearing the wrong size, and was given boxes of bras to try on so I knew exactly which one was right for me. I was very regularly checked on in the dressing room, and also being a big girl, was actually made comfortable about my weight, and the sizes that I needed. I noticed that this customer service seemed to be standard for them. I could hear that everyone else in the dressing rooms was also receiving excellent customer service. I was so pleased that I will return there often.
My experience at the mall in Fairborn Ohio was very unpleasant and embarrassing I had the intention of buying a bra in which I had been sized for just a few months prior the woman said -as I was wearing a sweatshirt on that I would not fit in that bra and I needed two sizes larger, I wasn't insulted by the fact that she thought I needed a couple sizes larger I was in fact offended by the way she had went about doing it. Also judgment of my bra size with out being measured. She would not let me try on the size of bras I wanted to and outwardly said that I would spill out of the bra that I wanted to try on. There are many other things that occurred that made my situation very uncomfortable and left me to leave the mall. I do think since you work in clothing and retail sensitivity training and also professional ethical training may be needed, I doubt I will ever shop with you again.
We went here for a wedding in the area and wanted to get a new bra. We were assisted right away and our measurement was corrected from a 34d to 34ddd. which was nice to hear after buying a bra that was uncomfortable after being resized from 34b to 34c a few weeks prior. The floor rep was very professional and didnt give us much of a chance to shop around we were ultimately happy with the product we were pushed to buy and she was wonderfully helpful. Overall this was our best experience bra shopping thus far.
