I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for many years now. I rent around twice a month for 2 to 3 days each time. I was recently in a car accident and needed a car for, what turned out to be, over a month. My insurance company was trying to persuade me to use another rental car company. However, I refused and arranged to use Enterprise. I gave Enterprise my Enterprise Plus number and received my car. Upon returning the car, I was told that no points would be added to my account because this was an insurance matter. When I explained that I went out of my way to be loyal, they said to call their Enterprise Plus team which I did. The agent said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager. Reluctantly they agreed and put me on hold but never returned to the line. I called back and asked for a manager. Once I did receive a manager, they were rude, condescending, and unconcerned that I was disappointed with their policy. I simply wanted a fair remedy. They said there was nothing that could be done. I suggested how about a day or two credit on my next rental. They said no. Beware when using Enterprise.
I will NEVER use this location again! First of all the female assistant manager, who came a couple of months ago from Fairborn has an attitude and is very unpleasant every single time myself, or co-workers come in to rent! While she is constantly giving us an evil stare, the Branch Manager Chris avoids everything and leans to his assistant manager for a backbone! So, yes we are corporate customers and spend thousands/per month at this branch for years!! They treat us unfairly because we work for an HBCU, and this is ONLY at the Beavercreek location- any other location treats us like we are corporate customers, and not thieves because of the color of our skin! When we heard them telling another customer they will take their card over the phone the next day, but constantly giving corporate renters on business a hard time to qualify! I recommend using other-locations, where they treat all customers fair! Don’t bother calling their area manager Roger in Columbus either... he’s no help and just as condescending as the assistant manager! As a previous employee (4-years) at ERAC, I’m shocked these people still work their!! I know their ESQI ( customer service) is suffering, because I am not the only one complaining! Sad customer service rarely exist anymore! Do better, Mr. Jack Taylor would be ashamed to see how you are treating customers, especially corporate customers!
This establishment has been a complete joy to have in my corner for assistance during my time of need. Chris went above and beyond to make sure that I had adequate accommodations during my vehicle repair while there was a huge soccer event in town. All vehicles were rented. I did have the choice of using another rental company and receive a rental car a day earlier; I am happy that I chose to await great customer service with this office!
Chris and Aberdeen both go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care. Great place to rent a car!
Always great service when I rent here and no pressure for the extras. Best part is I can pick up and be gone in 5 minutes or less.
