I bought my first road bike from Faast Cycles, and had a stellar experience. I was looking for a size 61 frame bike, and while there wasn't one on the floor, the owner was finishing one in the back. He asked if I wanted to wait a few minutes while he finished putting it together, and then let me take it for a spin around the neighborhood. By the time I got back, it was nearing closing time, but instead of rushing me on my way, Sean heped me get set up with bike shorts, a helmet, bike shoes, clips, and even a fitting on the bike. I ended up with the entry level model and wasn't upsold on a pricier model, although when it's time to upgrade, I will certainly be coming back to Faast Cycles for the amazing service and experience.

Sean was very helpful and patient with me (being a novice cycler) picking out my first road bike. I was able to demo multiple bikes through the nearby neighborhood and even after the shop picked up some foot traffic I felt Sean did a great job accommodating everyone, myself included.

Sometimes the shop can be busy, but having a little patience goes a long way as Sean knows everything there is to know about his inventory and will take the time to ensure that you are making an informed decision.
